Vibrant Beach-i lakáslépcsők a parttól

Indulge in comfort and style in this redesigned flat. The residence features an open-plan living area, bright pops of blue and yellow amid neutral grays, chic furnishings, and a modest outdoor breakfast space. The apartment has been recently refurbished and is now fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, with ample wardrobe storage, a large lounge with TV and dining area, unlimited WIFI, plus a newly renovated shower room. The kitchen is well equipped to enjoy home-cooking whilst on holiday, including full cooker with hotplates, head-height fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, nutri-bullet, toaster and kettle. The pantry is set up with tea, coffee and other essential kitchen items. Guests have access to all facilities within the apartment, in addition to the on-site laundry (i.e. washing machines, tumble driers, outdoor hanging lines, and washing powder provided) plus off-street parking. Guests will either be met at the apartment depending on time of arrival, or a lock box is in place should your arrival time not allow us to manage a “meet and greet”. Should any issues arise on your arrival date, we are also contactable by phone or email. During your stay, there is someone on the ground to ensure your holiday is a great success. The apartment is located less than 50 metres from the beautiful sandy beach at Seacliff. It is also close to cafes, restaurants, a number of outdoor activities, and great walks. NB: The apartment is NOT sea-facing. It is situated perpendicular to the apartments that are sea-facing, and as a result, is much quieter and cooler, particularly during the height of summer, and yet only a few steps (literally!) further to the beach. Adelaide's modern Metro system provides an excellent train and bus service into Adelaide on a very regular basis. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment and the journey time can take as little as 20 minutes into the city, with trains running form early morning to late at night making the City's arts, fringe and jazz festivals, plus its wide range of international and domestic sports events are easily accessible Adelaide Airport is approximately a 20 minute drive. Local taxis/hire cars or Uber can be picked up at the airport. The popular Seacliff Beach Hotel is nearby, the Seacliff Yacht Club 800m away and a great café almost next door. In addition, it is only a short stroll along the Esplanade or a jog down the beach to the many restaurants, cafés, shops and boutiques at Brighton. Information on these places is provided in the apartment. Maps of the area and the wider metropolitan area are also provided. There is very good community WIFI provided by the Seacliff Beach Hotel (which can be reached beyond the hotel) and plus additional free WIFI from Holdfast Bay District Council, which can be accessed on the Esplanade and beach. We provide a welcome complimentary breakfast and all linen is provided, including bath and beach towels.

Take a 3-minute stroll to the foreshore path for a morning jog along the coast, then relax with a coffee on the plant-strewn patio. Polished floorboards and high ceilings keep things classic, while the monochrome bathroom adds a modern feel. You have a separate entrance and hand sanitizer is provided. The living room and bedroom retain their polished floorboards and high ceilings. The bathroom also retains a heritage style. The galley kitchen has stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and washing machine. There is air-conditioning for cooling and heating. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped so you could make your own meals but there are many nearby restaurants and cafes. The apartment is between Broadway with niche restaurants, cafes, butcher, supermarket plus takeaways and Jetty Rd with its “golden mile of shopping”, restaurants and nightlife. Three minutes to the beach and foreshore path for exercise. You have separate access along a leafy pathway as the apartment is located towards the centre of the property, it is quiet with no street noise. We are always on call if you have a question. The neighbourhood is residential, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. The apartment is within easy reach of a choice of cafes on nearby Broadway and 7 minutes from Jetty Road for other food choices. It is a 3-minute walk to the beach, 7 minutes to Jetty Rd and the tram to the City. The tram leaves frequently from Glenelg to the City. Bus stop is 3 minutes away with buses to City or Marion shopping centre. There is plenty of access to on street parking available.

Browse the shops on Jetty Road Brighton and hang out at a hip coastal cafe, then kick back in the courtyard of this light-filled studio and catch some rays. White Eames chairs and nautical blues reflect the relaxed vibe of this seaside pad. The studio is set up with a luxurious queen sized bed with a pillow top mattress, a sofa bed lounge, kitchenette with stove top, dining table, fridge and microwave. the studio is primarily set up for 2 guests but has the capacity for 4 guests. There is a sofa bed available to use as well as the queen sized bed. Guests have access to entire studio apartment and a single parking space out the front. Guests can access the apartment via a locked key safe. Owner to provide details upon booking. We have a key safe to let your self in but am available for any help needed Seacliff Beach is renowned for activities such as stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, windsurfing, jet skiing, and fishing. The famous Marion Coastal Boardwalk begins on the doorstep for a walk with breathtaking views. The apartment is walking distance to local trains and buses, that can take you into the CBD, to Jetty road Glenelg and Westfield Marion shopping centre. Local supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance Our beach is wonderful for swimming, windsurfing ,kayaking , fishing and you can hire a standup paddle board right across the road

A strandtól 350 méterre, a legközelebbi vasútállomástól és kávézótól mindössze 170 méterre található. Minden ágyneműt és törölközőt biztosítunk, valamint alapvető kellékeket, hogy a szálláshelyen eltöltött időd kényelmesebb és stresszmentes legyen. Ez a gyönyörű, konténerszállító miniház csodálatos azoknak, akik szeretik a természetet, az állatokat és a bozótosban sétálnak. Ébredj madárcsicsergésre a rusztikus Gumtree Cottage-ban!

Közel a természethez, önálló; a nyugalom menedéke. A gyönyörű Adelaide-i dombok között található, kiváló helyen, ahonnan könnyen elérhetők a séták, kávézók, közlekedés stb., KÉRJÜK, OLVASD EL. Ez egy rusztikus házikó. A zuhanyzó felszerelése szokatlan, de az időjárástól függően meleg - meleg zuhanyt biztosít! - OLVASD EL ALÁBB. A kunyhó hideg vizes csapja iható, nincs forró csap. Utcai parkolás a nem áthaladó utcán. Csak akkor szállj meg, ha olyan helyet szeretnél, ahol elmenekülhetsz a modern világból! Jó szórakozást!

Chesterdale is in the heart of Kuitpo forest on 32 acres, surrounded by 8,900 acres of pine plantations and native forests. Perfect for walking and riding, the Heysen and Kidman trails are accessible through our back gate. Famous McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills wineries are nearby. While the guest suite is attached to the main house, it is quite separate and totally private. A 50 minute drive from Adelaide’s CBD and a 25 minute drive from southern beaches, it is perfect for a weekend escape.

Cool 2 hálószobás lakás Brighton Beachen

Ennek a helynek mindene megvan! A Jetty Roadon, az Adelaide egyik legnépszerűbb kozmopolita kávézócsíkján található, egy percre a Brighton strand érintetlen homokjától, három percre a Brighton pályaudvartól (25 percre Adelaide Cbd városától), mégis csendesen eldugva egy sikátor hátsó részén. A két hálószobás (5 férőhelyes) egysége tágas és modern. Nagy, fedett kültéri étkezővel, korszerű konyhával rendelkezik, és mindenhol csempézett, így a homokos lábak könnyen felsöpörhetők!
